NDIS ORDERS

NDIS Plan Holders - please complete your order in the online store and proceed to checkout. In the dropdown payment options, please select your applicable NDIS plan payment option:

  • NDIS Self-Managed 
  • NDIS Plan-Managed
  • NDIS Agency-Managed

FOR SELF-MANAGED PURCHASES: Once you complete this step, an automated invoice will be sent to you containing all the applicable details for you to claim your NDIS payment. Please transfer the funds into the account on your invoice. Once the payment has cleared, we will ship your products to you. NOTE: please ensure you have the required funds in your NDIS consumables account.

FOR PLAN-MANAGED PURCHASES: Please forward your invoice to your plan manager for payment. Once the payment has cleared, we will ship your products to you.  NOTE: please ensure you have the required funds in your NDIS consumables account.

FOR AGENCY-MANAGED PURCHASES: please complete the form below and email it to shop@happydots.com.au, along with your invoice. We will claim the payment on your behalf. Once the payment has cleared, we will ship your products to you.
